By accessing www.darksheep.co.za or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our terms.

Orders and Payment

• Full payment is required before processing orders.
• Payment methods accepted e.g., credit card, debit card, bank transfers, mobile payments and digital payment.
• Full payment is required before processing orders. For bespoke garments, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 40% due before collection.
• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and subject to change.
• Taxes, duties, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the ordering process. Errors in delivery caused by inaccurate information will not be refunded or corrected at DarkSheep Studios’ expense.
• Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. After this time, a 20% cancellation fee may apply
• Coupon and discount codes will have no effect on sale items.

Shipping and Delivery

• Domestic orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days.
• International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures and may be subject to customs delays. We are not responsible for third-party handling issues.
• DarkSheep Studios will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or interruptions in transport or communications systems.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted for ready-to-wear items only.
• Bespoke garments are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities, unless required by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in South Africa under the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) rules. The decision will be final and binding on both parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the exclusive property of DarkSheep Studios and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any part of this content is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated.
