Processing and Dispatch
– Orders are processed within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation. – Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch
– Free domestic shipping applies to orders over R5,000.
– International orders over R10,000 qualify for free shipping.

International Orders
– Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. Contact your local customs office for details before placing an order.
– Parcels refused due to unpaid customs charges will incur return shipping and handling fees.
– DarkSheep Studios is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance or courier service disruptions. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments via the provided tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges
– Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused items in original condition with tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
– Exchanges are only available for size adjustments. Style changes require a return and a new purchase.
– Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
– Domestic returns incur a flat fee of R150 per delivery/collection. International fees vary.
– All returned items must be free from damage, odours, and signs of wear. Items returned in unsuitable condition will not qualify for refunds or exchanges and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
– In case of a dispute regarding the condition of a returned item, DarkSheep Studios reserves the right to involve a neutral third-party inspection service. The cost of inspection will be shared equally between the customer and DarkSheep Studios.
